I entered the wrong address for my order, what should I do?

If you entered the wrong address for your order, you need to contact me within 24 hours so I can correct it before it gets shipped. If your order has been shipped with the wrong address, I won't be able to give you a refund, so please, double check your address before you confirm your order.

Can I reach out to you if I want a personalized product?

Of course you can! You can fill out this form and I’ll reach back as soon as I can. Just know that personalized work is more expensive than what is already listed in my shop. Keep in mind that even if you can’t find a product type in my shop, I still might be able to create it, (for example towels, wall art, bags… just ask!).

Do you accept return or exchanges?

I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless something is wrong with the products (printing defect, wrong color, different size than what you ordered). If the garment you ordered doesn’t fit you but it’s the size you ordered, I won’t be able to exchange it ; this is why you must read the size guide on this page to make sure it fits you.
